Recipe for Fried rice with Mixed Vegetables, Tomato and Curry

Ingredients:

  • Rice: 1 bowl
  • Cabbage: ½ bowl 
  • Onion: ½ piece
  • Mixed Vegetables: ½ bowl 
  • Baby Corn: 2 pieces
  • Curry Powder: 1 tbsp 
  • Tomato Puree: 1½ tbsp 
  • Salt: Pinch 
  • Black Pepper: Pinch

Steps:

  1. Prepare rice and let it cool.
  2. Dice the onion, cut the baby corn into small pieces, and cut the cabbage into thin pieces. 
  3. Stir-fry the mixed vegetables until slightly golden, then set aside. Sauté the onion until translucent, then add the cabbage and baby corn and sauté until soft.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and stir-fry, add seasoning
  5. Stir-fry until semi-dry and serve.
