Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
– ½ cup Blueberry
– 1 banana
– 100ml Skimmed milk
– 1tbsp almond
– 3 tbsp oat meal
– 1½ cup Ice

Method:
- Peel banana and cut in chunks
- Mix blueberry and ice in blender.
- Put banana, skimmed milk, oat meal, almond and 2/3 cup ice in blender and mix well.
- Pour blueberry mixture in cup first and then banana mixture. Ready to serve.
