薑餅人出動!!

聖誕節就到,又係薑餅人出動嘅時候🎊! 薑餅深受大眾喜愛😍,而佢嘅獨特薑味+肉桂味,令好多人一試愛上😋! 但原來呢兩種材料仲好有益添!

研究顯示肉桂有助減低腦退化、癌症和心血管疾病等風險🫀,而薑就有幫助消化、止嘔和舒緩經痛作用🫰🏻!

⚠但由於薑餅主要由麵粉、牛油、糖份製成,所以熱量甚高 (中形size薑餅人就有約1茶匙油、1茶匙糖和約200卡路里) ,所以患有心血管疾病和糖尿病人士就要主要份量喇!
