OAT CHRISTMAS TREE 

Ingredients
- Instant Oatmeal (120g)
- Eggs (2 pcs)
- Low fat milk (200ml)
- Banana (1 pc)
- Baking powder (2 tsp)
- Syrup/Honey
- Various Fruit
Directions:
- First mash the banana with a fork, mix banana puree, eggs, low-fat milk, oats, together with baking powder and wait for 15-20 minutes and let the oats soften.
- Add a small amount of oil and pour in some oat pancake slurry. Pan-fry the pancake on both sides until it turns golden yellow. (the larger pancakes are used as the bottom of the Christmas tree and the smaller ones are placed on top)
- Add fruit between each layer according to your preference.

Nutrition
Oats are rich in water-soluble fiber, which can help lower bad cholesterol. In addition, it is more filling than the traditional pancake made of flour, making it easier for portion control. Pancakes usually come with lots of syrup. But in this recipe, since banana and other fruits are added, it already has a certain degree of sweetness, without the need of extra sugar. It can reduce the intake of refined sugar, and at the same time provide us with various vitamins and minerals.
JINGLE CHICKEN SALAD CUP

Ingredients
- Wonton skin (10 pcs)
- Chicken fillet (20g)
- Pomelo (½ pc)
- Red onion (½ pc)
- Parsley (4 pcs)
- Basil leaves (2 pcs)
- Lemongrass (1 pc)
- Dried shrimp (1 tbsp)
- Lime (2 pcs)
- Fish sauce (2 tbsp)
- Palm sugar/ white sugar (1 tbsp)
- Chilli (1 pc)

Directions:
- Bake wonton skin in muffin tray for 10-15mins.
- Steam chicken until cooked and shred into slices.
- Shred pomelo and red onion into slices. Chop parsley, basil leaves and lemongrass.
- Mix lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and chilli together as sauce. toss all ingredients together as the salad.
- Fill in salad into wonton crisp cup and ready to serve.
Nutrition:
Chicken contains essential amino acid – Tryptophan, which is important for serotonin production. It helps insomnia and improve mood.
