  This product contains the following active ingredients and functions: 1. Glucosamine Sulfate It is the fundamental element of the composition of cartilage and serves as a cushion of the joint. Glucosamine can reduce stiffness in order to improve joint function. 2. Boswellia Extract Boswellia extract is an Indian herb. There are clinical trials indicate that it contains an anti-inflammatory function, which helps to strengthen the joints' flexibility and improves mobility. 3. Chondroitin Sulfate Studies have found that chondroitin can help delay the development and deterioration of joint tissue. It also helps to reduce inflammation and ease joint pain. 4. Turmeric Turmeric contains anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidating functions, numerous clinical trials stated that curcumin can improve symptoms related to inflammation and helps to relief pain. 5. Quercetin Quercetin is a strong anti-oxidant. Clinical research has found that ingestion of quercetin can relieve joint pain and improve stiffness. 6.
